We started with quality
MNT USA was founded in 2020 as a quality assurance company, inspecting and sorting parts inside Alabama automotive plants. That work taught us what a plant needs from its people: precision, consistency and someone there every shift.
Since then we've grown to supply production workers and skilled technicians to multiple Alabama plants. Today we're a team of about 150 across sites in Alabama and Indiana, expanding into logistics, packaging and new plant construction across the U.S.
